API Terms of Use for the AAMOS developer platform.
By creating an AAMOS account or using the AAMOS API ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you ("Customer") and Landvex Inc ("AAMOS", "we", "us").
If you are accepting on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity. If you do not have such authority, you may not use the Service.
Subject to these Terms, AAMOS grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your API key. Keep your API key confidential. Do not commit API keys to public source code repositories. If you believe your key has been compromised, rotate it immediately via the developer portal and notify us at support@aamos.ai.

Exceeding rate limits will result in HTTP 429 responses. Repeated or sustained abuse of the rate limit system may result in account suspension.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. For customers processing personal data of EU data subjects, our Data Processing Agreement applies and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
AAMOS and Landvex retain all intellectual property rights in the Service, including the AI models, API design, documentation, and all associated software. These Terms do not grant you any rights in our intellectual property other than the limited licence set out in Section 2.
You retain ownership of data you submit to the Service. You grant AAMOS a limited licence to process your data solely to provide the Service.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. AAMOS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT RESULTS PRODUCED BY THE SERVICE WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE. YOU ASSUME ALL RISK FOR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, AAMOS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. AAMOS'S TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE FEES PAID BY YOU IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support. AAMOS may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms or if we reasonably believe your use creates legal or security risk. Upon termination, your API keys will be revoked and your data will be deleted in accordance with our retention policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Houston, Texas. You consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
